conplast sp430 fosroc superplasticizer is a chloride free, superplasticising admixture based on selected sulphonated napthalene polymers and supplied as a brown solution which instantly disperses in water. This produces very high levels of water reduction in concrete allowing major increases in strength to be obtained.
The admixture is used for producing pumpable concrete in construction. This can reduce the time for placement and compaction, lower labour costs and allow segregation and bleeding to be reduced. It is also more resistant to water loss and dries quicker.
Dosage: Add to normal concrete mixes at 0.35 to 0.90 litres/100 kg cement, or higher dosage for flowing concrete, as required by the mix design. Optimal dosages will be determined by site trials with the actual concrete mix.
Use as a slump retention admixture in structural concrete for buildings, chimneys, towers, slipform shutters, tunnels/ shaft lining and offshore construction. Generally used to prevent cold joints from developing, especially where delays in transport or placing occur, and when high ambient temperatures cause rapid slump loss.
Improves workability and durability of site mixed concrete and precast concrete. It is particularly suitable for high early strength requirements and provides improved workability of screeds by reducing water demand.
Low viscosity PCE based admixture for high early strength concrete and self compacting concrete applications. It complies with IS:9103 1999 as a super plasticizer and ASTM C494 Type F or G depending on the dosage.
Robust concrete admixture for long workability retention with good rheology and retardation, suitable for face down precast concrete manufacture. Suitable for concrete with fly ash and cement replacement materials, particularly roller compacted concrete (RCC). 200 kg, 250kg drums and bulk supply.
