During the 1990s foam parties began to gain popularity all over the world. The concept was wild. They were held at nightclubs and festivals around the globe.

You can make one at home with basic supplies. It’s easy to make but requires some knowledge. You’ll need a liter container, a bucket, an old cotton T-shirt, soapy water, and an air supply.

The first step is to obtain an air supply. An industrial extractor fan is the best option, though a leaf blower or a blower vac can work.

When you have the air source, place the nozzles in the top and bottom of the foam cone. The bottom diameter of the foam cone should be 20 cm, and the top should be 10 cm. You can also drill holes in the ends of the pvc pipe, and thread them. You can then attach a spray nozzle to the end.

The next step is to mix the foaming agent and mortar. The W/C ratio is different for each agent. If the FC density is higher than 1800 Kg/m3, you may need a special high speed mixer.

You can then test the consistency of the FC by filling a liter container. The density should be between 90 and 100 grams/liter. The bubble size should be between 0.5-2 mm.

The size of the bubbles is determined by the type of foam generator used. A more powerful generator makes the bubbles bigger, while a gentler one makes them smaller.
