We are the leading manufacturer of protein, super protein and synthetic based foaming agent for clc blocks. Foaming agent is used to manufacture light weighted concrete blocks or bricks. It is a chemical that creates voids in the mixture of cement, fly ash, water, and foam which reduces its density, thus making it lighter and more durable. This is a very useful product in the construction industry.
Cellular Lightweight Concrete (CLC) block is an advanced form of concrete that is manufactured by blending a slurry of cement with sand, aggregate and foaming agent. It is a concrete with a low density ranging from 300 to 1800 Kg/m3 that is three times lighter than clay or fly ash bricks. CLC blocks are very easy to handle and have good thermal insulation properties. It also requires less construction materials, labour and water.
foaming agent for clc blocks is a highly reactive chemical that reacts with the slurry of cement and creates air bubbles in it. It is usually diluted with water and mixed in a foam generator that is connected to a compressed air tank.
When added with a hardener, it accelerates the cure rate of the block by two-thirds. This is beneficial because it allows the block to be handled and placed in place faster. Coisoimper machines can be custom designed to fit the production capacity based on space, costs, quantity, size and density of the blocks. In addition, Coisoimper blocks can be cut wet or dry, which makes them more versatile for use.
